Fragility Risk and Resilience Analysis Tool

The Fragility Risk and Resilience Analysis Tool (FRRAT) is a framework to support the analysis of risks and resilience related to fragility along the 5 dimensions used by OECD’s States of Fragility work: economic, political, societal, security and environmental. It is a tool that will inform the development of country and regional strategic frameworks and the specific development of programs.
