Guidance Note Climate Peace and Security

The Guidance Note is a systemic analytical and programming framework that helps the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Defence and Danish National Police in designing interventions that address the interlinkages between climate, peace and security (CPS). The Note aims to support strategic climate-oriented and peace-supportive action in fragile and conflict-affected contexts and provides an integrated view of the challenges that the CPS agenda should seek to address for planetary security.It is specifically developed as a tool for programming effective and integrated engagements under the Peace and Stabilisation Fund (PSF), where CPS is a cross cutting priority.
